Sixth Form Enrolment Process

Enrolment at UTCN Sixth Form for internal candidates will take place at UTCN on GCSE results day (Thursday 21st August 2025) between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

Enrolment at UTCN Sixth Form for external candidates will take place at UTCN on GCSE results day (Thursday 21st August 2025) between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

External Candidates Only

To prepare for enrolment, please:

  • Contact your current school/ college to find out how to collect your results on the 21st August. Each school will have their own arrangements.

  • Bring the following documents with you on enrolment day:

    • One form of identification (for the candidate)

    • One form of proof of address (for the primary carer of the candidate)

    • Your GCSE results statement or equivalent

If you don't quite get the grades for the course(s) you applied for, you should still come in to seek support as staff will be available to discuss options.
