Ticket Requirements: To use the UTCN Contract School Bus, all students must have a valid ticket.
-
Existing First Bus Pass Holders: If you already have a First Bus pass for the "Norwich Zone" or "Explorer Zone" (Norfolk & Suffolk only), you can use this pass to board the UTCN contract school bus.
-
Students Without a First Bus Pass: If you don’t have a First Bus pass, or you use a different bus or train service to travel to Norwich, you will need to purchase a UTCN bus pass/ mTicket. This pass can only be used on the UTCN contract school bus.
How to Purchase a UTCN Bus Pass/ mTicket: The UTCN bus pass can be bought directly from the school (not from First Bus). The cost is £95 per term (subject to review by First Bus each year), and payment must be made via ParentPay.
If you're unsure about your Parent Pay login, please contact Mrs. Platten at accounts@utcncst.org.
Please note: New starters will recieve a ParentPay login around late August before starting.
How to Get Your mTicket: After purchasing the bus pass via Parent Pay, you will receive a one-time code. This code will allow you to download your "mTicket" directly onto your phone using the First Bus app.
