Speaker Dom tells Year 10 how he started out with TECOSIM

A FORMER student has returned to inspire the next generation of engineers by talking about his apprenticeship journey.

Year 10 were treated to great careers advice and were impressed by how speaker Dom started his career with engineering giant TECOSIM.

Dom said: “It was a pleasure to come back to UTCN and speak to the students about how they supported my career journey and enabled me to do a degree level apprenticeship with TECOSIM. Their outstanding employer engagement and networking opportunities are crucial to the next generation for supporting their own career journeys.”

She said: “It was inspiring to hear from a former student. It made me think about what I can achieve in the future.”
