Students visit the Earlham Institute
Year 12 T Level Science students got the chance to see the inner workings of a life science research centre. They learned about DNA sequences, genomics, bioinformatics and molecular biology at the Earlham Institute.
The students were hoping to impress after discovering the centre is offering two work experience placements.
Year 12 Katie said: The facilities were amazing and it was great to get a chance to see it up close. I’m really interested in the practical elements, where you are working in the lab on experiments.
