What do you like about UTCN and your job?

To support a team of brilliant teaching staff and help our students get the results they need to move onto fantastic destinations

I like the fact that we all show the core values in the way we show professionalism, excellence, respect and care to each other in and out of lessons. My favourite part of my job is helping people to achieve their goals

Did you have any other jobs before becoming a Deputy Headteacher?

Many! I have worked in hospitality management and retail before becoming an English teacher

Reading, the gym and spending time with my family
