The UTCN uniform is designed to be smart and cost effective.

Items marked V&J can only be purchased from our uniform supplier V&J Knitwear. All items are required unless otherwise stated. To order uniform please download the forms below.

DRESS CODE
Year 10 and 11
Classroom

  • UTCN tie – for appropriate year group (V&J – replacement ties available from UTCN)
  • UTCN Blazer (V&J)
  • Black trousers (generic) or a knee length plain, black skirt with plain, black or natural
    tights
  • UTCN Jumper (V&J)
  • White shirt (generic)
  • Black shoes and dark coloured socks (generic)
Workshop

  • UTCN Dust Coat (V&J)
  • Safety Boot (V&J or must be marked S1P or SBP compliant)
P.E

  • UTCN Polo Shirt (V&J)
  • UTCN Hoodie (V&J)
  • Black shorts/tracksuit bottoms
  • Trainers
Outdoor

  • UTCN Shell Jacket (V&J) (optional)
  • UTCN Coat (V&J) (optional)
  • Plain navy or black coat

 

DRESS CODE
Year 12 and 13
Classroom

  • Dark coloured two or three-piece suit or knee length dress or skirt suit with plain tights suitable for a business environment
  • Formal shoes – plain, without logo
  • Dark coloured socks
  • Shirt or blouse, of any colour or pattern suitable for a business environment
  • Tie – suitable for a business environment (in line with standard business dress, girls do
    not need to wear a tie)
Workshop

  • UTCN Dust Coat (V&J)
  • Safety Boot (V&J or must be marked S1P or SBP compliant)
Outdoor

  • Suitable coat
  • UTCN Shell Jacket (V&J) (optional)
